Dental Care Tips for Brushing Technique

Brushing teeth regularly and in correct way is the most important part of dental care. The most important dental care practice is described below:

Step One: Hold the tooth brush just under the gum line at a 45 degree angle. Gently jiggle the brush or move in tiny circles over the teeth and gums. Repeat for each tooth.

Step Two: Brush the inside of each tooth using the same jiggling action in step1.Gently brush the outside, inside and chewing surface of each tooth using short back-and-forth strokes.

Step Three: For chewing surface use a light back and forth motion. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath.
